You can Customize your UGC workflow to require consumers to submit basic information such as name, email, and ZIP code.
Here is how you add those fields to your UGC workflow
1. Select the Bubble where you would like to add fields to the UGC workflow
2. Click Manage UGC
3. Select Customize
4. Select Named Contributor submission of media for your submission workflow.
5. Select the Form Fields you would like your consumers to fill out when submitting content. You can make these fields either required or optional.
